A side table in molded plastic, produced in two heights of 38 cm and 41 cm, with a sculpted bear form base and a concealed storage well beneath the top.
The base is shaped as a seated bear, simplified down to soft curves and flat planes. It reads as sculpture from across a room and as furniture up close. The proportions stay low and wide, so the piece sits comfortably beside a sofa or a low chair.
The top lifts away to reveal a storage well. Books, remotes, and small items sit inside and out of view. Once the lid is back in place the surface returns to a clean, uninterrupted plane.
Construction is plastic throughout, with a plastic countertop over a plastic frame. The framework is skeleton-less, which holds the structure stable while keeping the exterior lines simple. The result is light enough to move between rooms with one hand.
Two heights are produced. The 38 cm version sits low beside a sofa seat. The 41 cm version adds three centimetres for a slightly higher working surface. Both hold a notebook, a lamp, or a drink.
The table arrives flat and requires assembly. No folding mechanism is involved and no specialist tools are needed. The piece is intended for general home furniture use by adults.
