Most people with a stiff knee describe the same moment. The first step after sitting still. The joint feels rusted shut. Then it slowly lets go.
It happens after charting at a nurses' station. After a long drive. After an hour at a register, a bedside, or a styling chair.
By the back half of a shift, many people start counting the hours. Eight more. Five more. Three more.
Stairs turn into something to plan around. Some people take them sideways. Some stop at the bottom and stare for a second first.
Plenty of people in their 50s say the same thing. Their knees feel twice as old as the rest of them.
Heat is the comfort most of them already trust. A heating pad loosens a stiff knee in about twenty minutes. Then the cord ends at the wall. The workday goes on without it.
The HearthPatch takes that warmth to work. It presses flat over the joint. It stays put through walking, bending, kneeling, and standing.
The thin backing moves with the knee. It sits unseen under scrubs, work pants, and leggings. Nobody at work has to know it is there.
Many people get tired of reaching for one more pill just to get through the day. The HearthPatch is a different kind of help. There is nothing to swallow. It simply adds steady warmth where the stiffness sits.
One box covers more than knees. The same patch fits the back of the neck and the tops of the shoulders.
The 10-patch box is a simple way to try it. The 100-patch box holds enough for months of workdays.
Warmth on a tired joint is one of the oldest comforts there is. Hot-water bottles, flannel wraps, and warm compresses all did the same job. This version simply stays on through the whole shift.
How to use
Clean and dry the skin. Peel the backing. Press the patch flat over the joint. Remove it if it feels too hot.
