The forms are thin and ribbon-like, each one bending in a different direction - two arcing outward at the base, one extending upward to a narrow tip at the top.
Where the blades cross at the center, the overlapping faces catch light at different angles, creating a cluster of reflected gold tones.
The mirror-polished surface shifts constantly depending on the viewing angle and ambient light in the room.
From the front, the composition reads as a single upward movement. From the side, the individual blades separate visually and the open negative space between them becomes part of the form.
The black marble base is a flat rectangular block, providing a clean dark contrast beneath the gold steel.
