Black obsidian is a naturally occurring volcanic glass, formed when lava cools rapidly. It has been used in ornamental and ceremonial objects across many cultures for thousands of years, valued for its deep black surface and sharp, smooth texture. In Aztec, East Asian, and indigenous traditions, it has carried symbolic associations with protection, clarity, and grounding — associations that persist in contemporary jewellery today.
Each bracelet is hand-knotted with polished obsidian beads and fitted with antique copper-finish accent pieces. The copper develops a natural patina over time. The bracelet is designed for both men and women.
