A horse head and neck are captured in profile, the chin raised and the muzzle pointing upward and forward.
The neck curves back and down into the base, the chest and shoulder line cut off just above the plinth.
The entire surface is finished in a crackle white glaze - fine irregular lines run across the face, neck, and chest in a consistent all-over pattern.
The muzzle, nostrils, and eyes are finished in a deep navy that contrasts sharply against the white crackle ground.
The eyes are glossy and slightly raised, adding a focal point against the otherwise matte surface texture.
Two small ears stand upright at the crown of the head, rendered with close edge detail.
The square metal base is dark and brushed, providing a grounded contrast beneath the white form above.
At 38cm tall, the piece reads well on a console, side table, or bookshelf alongside candles or other collected objects.
