The finish here is silver-pewter from base to helmet crest - the full body of horse and warrior aged to the same worn-metal tone. Then gold comes through at the edges. Bridle work. Armor trim. Plume base. Weapon accents. The contrast is not decorative. It reads as patina earned, not applied.
The composition is full cavalry charge. Horse mid-rear, front legs lifted, mouth open. Warrior seated in combat balance - hoplon shield forward, dory spear extended at attack angle. The crimson cape is cast in fabric-texture resin and catches the eye before anything else does.
Every armor element is present and detailed. Corinthian helmet with feathered crest. Muscular breastplate with relief work. Leg greaves. Full horse tack. Rocky terrain base grounds the rearing stance so the piece reads as momentum, not imbalance.
