Glazed ceramic with enamel finish. Four sizes, 7.6 cm to 12.7 cm in length. Polished surface. Freestanding, no assembly required.
The form is a perched songbird modelled without fine feather detail. Surface interest is carried by the glaze rather than by carving, which keeps the silhouette compact and readable at small scale. Each piece is glazed and kiln-fired, leaving a sealed, non-porous surface with consistent gloss and no visible seam.
The four sizes step up in proportion rather than scaling uniformly. The smallest measures 7.6 cm nose to tail and occupies under 4 cm of surface depth. The largest runs 12.7 cm long and stands 9.8 cm tall, carrying enough height to hold a surface without support from other objects. Grouped, the four form a graduated line.
