The hood is spread wide with scale texture pressed across the full spread, and the mouth is open with fangs visible at this small scale.
The body coils in tight overlapping loops beneath the raised head, with individual scale plates defined across every segment. The tail curls upward at the back, adding movement to the overall form.
Antique brass finish catches brightest on the hood edges and raised coil surfaces, darkening into the scale grooves and underside recesses.
Dense copper construction gives the piece a weight that punches well above its compact size.
