The Breakout™ - 3D Wall Figure Sculpture

Most people walk past their walls without thinking twice.

A framed print. A canvas. Something flat. Something forgettable.

This is not that.

The Breakout™ is a hand-sculpted resin figure that mounts directly onto your wall. The figure doesn't hang on the surface. It emerges from it. Upper body projecting forward. Feet mounted separately below. The gap between them creates the illusion that the rest of the figure is passing through the wall behind.

In person, it stops people mid-sentence.

The figure casts a real shadow. That shadow changes as the light in the room shifts throughout the day. In the morning it falls one way. By evening it falls another. No two hours look exactly the same.

Five poses. Each one frozen at a different moment of the same movement.

The Reach Upper torso twisting forward, one arm extended diagonal. Near-black matte finish. Separate knee piece mounts below. Height: 12cm / 4.72in.

The Push Full back view. Both hands pressed flat into the wall. Lower body passes fully through the surface. Near-black matte finish. No separate piece. Height: 12cm / 4.72in.

The Climb Full body in motion. Back to the viewer. One arm reaching upward. Legs bent mid-stride. Dark warm brown antiqued finish. Separate lower leg and foot mounts below. Height: 15cm / 5.91in.

The Break Face forward. Torso tearing through. Both arms spread wide. Head back. Grey-green verdigris finish. The most confrontational pose in the collection.

The Weight Back view. Figure hunched. Arms pulled behind the body, hands clasped. A different kind of tension. Dark brown antiqued finish. Separate feet mount below. Height: 13cm / 5.12in.

Each piece is cast in resin with a hand-applied antiqued finish. Surface texture is rough throughout. Visible tool marks and muscle definition across the entire figure. No two pieces are identical.

Mounts on any standard painted drywall or plaster surface. All mounting hardware included. Installation under 10 minutes.

A note on scale.

These are not large sculptures. They are 12 to 15 centimetres tall. The power is not in the size. It is in the projection, the shadow, and the placement. On the right wall, at the right height, the effect reads much larger than the object itself.

That is the point.
